Lahontan Lake Nevada USA - a photo on Flickriver

I am not a wildlife photographer, but sometimes Animals will be in the right place at the right time, so it is always fun to get a wildlife shot. These Big Horn Sheep were part of a large group that was running down the side of the hill and rocks, they stopped I think because the sheep in front of them had the hill full and they did not have room yet. They had to come towards me to go down because the spot they were standing was a long drop off, After I think it must have been 15 to 20 seconds they shot down the rocks in front of me. I was sitting on the other side of the cravats and resting after a sunrise shoot, when this happened the light was a little hard and the nice morning colors gone, so I converted this one to black and white. The wind was blowing so some of the vegetation moved, but I do not think it looks to bad
