Sacred Heart Catholic Church (The Pink Church), MT

Sacred Heart Catholic Church (otherwise known as The Pink Church) sits along Hwy 2 in a remote location on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. It really stands out from all the other hi-line churches not only because of its color but mostly because of its style. The cemetery is still used but the church has been boarded up for awhile. It is said that the place is quite haunted, but both times I have been there I didn't feel anything but peaceful.
 
One story goes that a guy and his friends walked around the property, and then got in their car to leave. The driver heard two thumps. Thinking his friends were playing a trick he said "get in the car and let's go". But his friends were already in the car and hadn't made a sound. They drove away and when they got home they found two child-like hand prints on the bumper of their car.
