Story captivates readers on the high plains of Colorado, Kansas and Nebraska!

That's right, the one24thscale team made the papers. Did we end up in the funny pages?  No.  However, we can easily understand why you might have guessed, "funny pages".
Did Vicki Sandlin, editor of the Julesburg Advocate put us in the crime section? Thankfully, no.  Even more thankfully, we are not currently listed in the obituaries.

We did make the top of the second section of the paper, Community News. The folks at the Advocate enjoyed our story about the "Old Wegman place" enough to republish the story in this week's edition of their fine newspaper. Our thanks to all who made this possible. There is a sort of, full circle element to having our story published in the Julesburg Advocate. We were re-telling a story that appeared in an earlier incarnation of the paper, nearly 100 years ago.

It should also be noted, we share the page with an advertisement for one of the Sedgwick dispensaries.

Judging by the size of that stack of papers, someone must be planning to start a paper route.
