Venise - Île de San Giorgio Maggiore

            Malgré l'église de Palladio, l'île de San Giorgio Maggiore n'est pas un haut lieu touristique et c'est justement ce qui fait une grande partie de son charme. Ici, à quelques encablures du brouhaha incessant de la place St-Marc, on peut contempler depuis la rive ou du haut du campanile le panorama somptueux sur les palais d'en face, en toute sérénité.
