            The smile looks a little better today.

Isolated and alone, does mean you can do what ever you want when ever you want to. I think I am becoming nocturnal, things are slipping later and later in the day and going to bed a three in the morning is starting to become a routine.

Maybe thats why you need a routine a regimen, something to keep you on track and on time. 

You will be pleased  to know I spent a fortune on my "lighting set up",   £7 for an L.E.D torch. Turn off the room lights, camera in one hand and torch in the other  - - - no wonder smiling is hard.
