HERD OF COMMON ZEBRAS (Equus burchelli).....AND ELAND (Tragelaphus oryx).....MASAI MARA......SEPT 2016

            This shot of a herd of common Zebras and lone Eland was captured during my last visit to Masai Mara,Sept 2016 during our early morning safari drive. Both the zebras and Eland are highly alert as a pair of sub-adult male lions were walking towards them....all prepared to make a run in case the lions tried to hunt them but though they showed an interest in them but they both looked well fed and continues past them looking for a shady bush to rest for the rest of the day.....
