Focused On The Details....

Sometimes we go out for the big shot, the money shot, the one that wows and captures the vista with all it glorious wonder; caught in one single wide angle landscape shot.

Often the best is right there in the midst of all the busyness and can be found in the smallest of details.

Today I found this, a single leaf, wet with dew... the moisture had accumulated and now had gathered to the point of dripping. the cool fall night had drained the leaf of all of its sap changing the once green leaf, slowly turning red and yellow. with almost all the sap now gone, this leaf was dying and would soon fall lifeless to the ground.
