            Tain l'Hermitage (Drôme)
During a photo spot I met Cédric and his mare Hermitage, he speaks to him with the same gentleness as one speaks to a child.
Cédric a man passionate about his work, he cultivates the soil with Hermitage using tools intended to create in the soil a favorable environment for the development of cultivated vines, without compaction of the soil this allows better aeration and an increase in the soil permeability while respecting the environment.
This activity is a way of going where machines cannot go, while respecting nature and the environment.

Au détour d'un spot photo j'ai rencontré Cédric et sa jument Hermitage, il lui parle avec la même douceur qu'on parle à un enfant.
Cédric un homme passionné par son travail, il cultive le sol avec Hermitage à l'aide d'outils destinés à créer dans le sol un milieu favorable au développement des ceps cultivés, sans tassement du sol cela permet une meilleure aération et une augmentation de la perméabilité dans le respect de l'environnement. 
Cette activité est une façon d'aller là où les engins ne peuvent pas se rendre, dans le respect de la nature et de l'environnement.
