Lift Me Up: External Lift Exercise with CLD-34

            U.S. Marines with Combat Logistics Detachment 34, attached to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Central Command, conduct an external lift during a Helicopter Support Team exercise in support of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 264, also attached to SPMAGTF-CR-CC, in Southwest Asia, March 20, 2019. The HST exercise provides proficiency training to landing support specialists with CLD 34 and VMM-264 pilots in the insertion and extraction of assets in restrictive terrain.
