Living on Borrowed Time - a photo on Flickriver

            A pair of former Southern Pacific AC4400CWs were pulling DPU duty on the rear of an eastbound Union Pacific coal train in 2007.

SP 199 was still "pure" as it followed a soiled UP patched roster mate under the massive signal bridge at La Fox on the former Chicago and North Western's Geneva Subdivision.

The SP 199 lasted a few more years before Union Pacific repainted it into standard UP colors as the 6147.
