            November 1943 – A DH89 from No. 24 Squadron returns to RAF Hendon. 

This airframe left RAF service after the war, and is currently operated out of Duxford by Classic Wings, which offers a variety of pleasure flights over Cambridgeshire, the Lea Valley and all the way to London.
