My!!! Pizza

            Well... where to start from?
Strobist info? Cooking receipt? How well I felt after eating it?

Ok, as this is a photography site, I'll start with photographic infos first.
Beloved 50mm f/1.4, closed down to f/8, with exposure time of 1/200s, mounted on my dear EOS 400D, with ISO100.
A Cactus v-4 was triggering my 580EX II, at 1/16 power, bounced in reflective umbrella, at pizzas right
In slave mode and with a Mayan Sun gel filter on, my new YN460-II was bouncing on ceiling, to add some warm tones.

For the pizza itself, of course it's completely hand made.
I just mixed 600g of flour, salt, water, yeast, and also a bit of milk, which makes the dough softer and lighter afterwards.
On top, as you can guess, tomato sauce, mozzarella, frankfurters and olives. Oh... and don't forget the oregano!!!
Cooked in my pizza oven, for just 4 minutes... But you know, when the oven reaches 450 degrees, you don't need more than that!

Can you guess how good it was? Well, trust me, it was better! Crisp on the border, delicious in the center... Trust me, better than in a pizzeria! And, of course, much less expensive too! ;)
