24/52: A Pair of Poodles (Explore) - a photo on Flickriver

Lisette will be 11 in July and Jake will be 2 in Sept.

They are hoping to go for a walk, or to go for a boat ride. They got both. The picnik basket box holds their leashes.

You can see Jake's birthmark on his tongue here- I love it. Yes, DAve, his nose does look white, but it is dark black. There is very bright sunlight outside-- late morning sun. It made for difficult shooting- but is about the only way I can get a photo inside with my camera. However, the outside greens got partially blown out- and the sun light on Jake's nose- reflecting- does make it look whit-e- which I did not notice until Dave pointed out-- oh well. Could fix it in Photoshop- but am not going to mess with this one more right now.

Taken for 52.5 of 2010, theme is "pairs". Lisette and Jake are waiting at the door- hoping for a walk or a boat ride. The cat in the window is a doorstop (sand filled cloth cat). Jake has chewed up part of the cat. Lisette will be 11 in July and Jake will be 2 in Sept.
