            La torre de Tamarit es una torre de vigilancia costera situada en el municipio español de Santa Pola (Alicante), en la Comunidad Valenciana. Se construye en 1552 en el marco del sistema de torres de vigilancia costeras implantado por Felipe II para la defensa de la costa levantina.
The Tamarit tower is a coastal watchtower located in the Spanish municipality of Santa Pola (Alicante), in the Valencian Community. It was built in 1552 as part of the system of coastal watchtowers implemented by Philip II for the defence of the Levantine coast.
