Pride month takes on a deep meaning to all of those in the LGBTQ+ community, for me it takes on a whole new level of meaning, being transgender is not something that I would wish on anybody, but at the same time it is a real eye opening experience, while most of my experiences have been good, there has been plenty of the negative as well. I have been lucky enough to have friends and (some) family that have supported me going through my transition. That being said, please consider this, if you are going through this struggle/journey/life along this path then please never give up and keep fighting for what you believe in, if you were fortunate enough to have been born in the body that you feel comfortable with or like the gender that you prefer to be attracted to then please don't give grief to anyone who does not walk the same path of life as you, and if they are your friends/family/whatever please support them because you don't have to walk in their shoes, fear what they have to fear, etc. We were born this way and this is how we live our lives!
