Peekaboo! - a photo on Flickriver

Peekaboo!

            Egyptian geese have to be one of the quirkiest bird species we have in the UK. If the adults aren't announcing their presence to the world and chasing away birds 3x their size, the youngsters are letting curiosity take the better of them and getting a little too close in their explorations. 

This youngster was taken at the 18mm end of the lens - just a few inches from the front element!
