2021 St. Baldrick's Foundation Virtual Shaves

LOS ANGELES - One in Five children diagnosed with cancer will not survive. That is why year after year, heads 'round the world are shaved to help raise funds to support pediatric cancer research through St. Baldrick's Foundation. While we cannot meet in large groups yet this year, we can still participate virtually, by sharing head-shaving photos/videos virtually.

LAFD Fire Chief Ralph Terrazas and LAPD Police Chief Michel Moore shaved the heads of the St. Baldrick's coordinators for their respective departments on April 15, 2021. LAFD Captain Danny Wu and LAPD Detective Nicholas Sinclair sit while their badged barber bosses remove their hair, to stand in solidarity with kids fighting cancer.
