            The days of front-line service are well behind Rossendale Bristol RE 6, the first of the initial batch of 5 from 1974 in this view from April 1991 taken in Queens Square, with Rawtenstall Library in the background. Despite this, it could still manage a run out on the Accrington-Bacup section of the 464, a route it was intensively used on from new.
