MKT Perche Creek (edit) - a photo on Flickriver

            On my regular walk today - MKT Trail.  I've seen this Black Snake early every Spring in this same spot.  Said "Hi!" to an old friend.  And I saw a monster turtle.  Had to be 2 1/2 feet long (1 foot long neck and 1 1/2 foot shell).  Thought it had to be a very large Snapper, but after I got the pictures home, realized this is probably the Eastern Spiny Softshell Turtle.  I've seen 'em before but never this big!
