(explore 54 07/10/2021) Capela da Santa Cruz do Serrote / Chapel of "Santa Cruz do Serrote"

            Esta é uma pequena capela no santuário "Santa Cruz do Serrote", localizada em cima de um morro com +/- 50 metros de altura na cidade do Sítio do Quinto, Bahia, Brasil. Local turístico, frequentado por devotos principalmente católicos, mas também de outras religiões, além de uma bela vista de toda a paisagem da natureza típica da região, temos lá em cima, a capela como mostrada, uma pequena cruz na frente da capela com alguns objetos colocados por devotos e outra grande cruz também na frente da capela, logo na parte de cima da escadaria. Não contei todos os degraus na grande subida, mas ao chegar lá em cima, você é recompensado pela bela imagem da região e do santuário. Imagino fazer uma nova foto da região em um por do sol, deve ser, muito, mas muito bonito mesmo!

This is a small chapel in the sanctuary "Santa Cruz do Serrote", located on top of a hill +/- 50 meters high in the city of Sítio do Quinto, Bahia, Brazil. Touristic place, frequented by devotees mainly Catholics, but also of other religions, in addition to a beautiful view of the entire landscape of the typical nature of the region, we have the chapel as shown above, a small cross in front of the chapel with some objects placed by devotees and another large cross also in front of the chapel, right at the top of the staircase. I haven't counted all the steps on the big climb, but once you get up there, you're rewarded by the beautiful image of the region and the sanctuary. I imagine taking a new photo of the region in a sunset, it must be very, very beautiful indeed!
