Another from the "young mother" series of M with out twins, returning from Bownsea Island on a hazy summer evening after a day exploring there (and getting their tights muddy!)

This was soon after she had her hair "permed" as an experiment – popular with the theatre group she was in, but not with the twins who wouldn't look at her for several days unless she wore a headscarf!
