Suspected 'Russian shadow fleet' cargo ship MV Ruby (formerly known as Lady Amna) offloading its hazardous cargo at Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. It was carrying 20,000 tonnes of explosive ammonium nitrate from Russia to Africa when it ran into trouble. Several countries turned it away.
The largest non-nuclear blast in modern history was in 2020 in Beirut when 2750 tons of ammonium nitrate exploded. This ship had 20,000 tonnes & was turned away from ports in Norway, Sweden & Denmark.  Apart from the clear danger, we should we be assisting the Russian economy?
Coincidently, the ship is currently owned and managed by Sea Spirit Enterprise, based in Beirut, Lebanon. As a privately held entity, detailed information about its ownership structure is not publicly available.
