L1030974 - Penzance Wet Dock - 2004 (explored)

The Wet Dock photographed from a British International Helicopters Flight between St Mary's and Penzance flight with GRY MARITHA seen working cargo in the wet dock.

The dock was created 1882-4 by the construction of the north arm alongside which can be seen GRY MARITH this combined with a gate across the opening to South Pier created a dock which enabled ships to remain afloat at all states of the tide.
