That Bridge Rovaniemi - mono - a photo on Flickriver

            Believe this crosses the Kemijoki River which was frozen over but lots of warning signs about thin ice. 
However I did witness a snowmobile racing along for a distance on the other side and had crossed at the opposite end ( across ice of the river) where there is another impressive bridge that had a railway track on top and road underneath.

On the left hand side in the middle you can see a snowmobile station, and hidden round the corner were 40 snowmobiles belonging to one company but possibly a 100 in all, some battery powered with charging leads hanging down from a futuristic snowmobile station. Big groups go out all day and also into the night for trips. A major business going on with tourists from all over the world.
