John Deere 6000 Sprayer - a photo on Flickriver

            US Route 50 in SW Ohio near Elizabethtown.  Obviously a crop sprayer.  I'm surprised that this farmer would have such a specialized piece of equipment rather than use a regular tractor with spraying equipment attached.  Then again, I don't know much about farming.  His farm is in the floodplain of the Ohio River which is flat and has very rich soil.  Lots of corn and soybeans are grown there.
