Orient Pearl Tower in Shanghai - a photo on Flickriver

            I usually try to avoid oblique angles when I'm not composing abstract architectural shots, but I do feel like the tilt helps create a sense of energy that works for this particular shot.  Plus, like, I had to tilt in order to get the framing I wanted.  The sci-fi looking building on the right is the Orient Pearl Tower in Shanghai.  The building on the left is...well, I don't know its name, but it's also in Shanghai. =)

Anyway, I gave in to Flickr's 1000 image rule by simply mass-deleting a lot of my old albums.  I'm now at 960 something.  Ah well.  Is what it is.
