Bridging the Past

            This is the fifth image from a last weeks opportunity to capture the Milky Way. The image was taken around 1:30am.

One of my aims was to avoid light pollution if I could. 
I decided to explore if I could capture any new compositions with the burial mound and the Milky Way.

As the Milky Way was visible with the naked eye I was able to get an idea of where it was which help to capture something new but also build confidence of how to read the night sky.
