Jack Hanby - Landscaping; Boca Raton Community

Hello everyone,

As you might be aware, Boca has returned after a little hiatus. The former owner, decided it was time to have a little break, though her and her friend kicked it off again however with a twist. Their goal was to make a cross over from California meets Arizona. The community right now consists of two sims, Boca Valley which was landscaped previously by another but Boca Raton was left in my hands to create a open layout with privacy for each property. The sim consists of 9 residential homes, small and large, depending. I've worked with Boca before with the downtown shopping district. This is my intake on how I approached the community. Over the next month there will be a row of shops too, one in which I'll be doing myself. I'll be uploading some photos of the properties I enjoyed doing.
