Fishing The Wolf River - a photo on Flickriver

            I consider Wisconsin's Wolf River the most beautiful river in our state.  It flows south out of the north country, comes within a half mile of our home, and joins the Fox River that eventually flows into Green Bay and Lake Michigan.

The river is filled with slippery boulders and fast currents.  I slipped and doused myself fifteen minutes after the four of us starting fishing.  The water was at 62 degrees F and the air around 70 degrees, so I continued to fish and photograph.  Good thing I had my waterproof Olympus TG-5 with me.  All my clothes were quick drying synthetic material, so I dried quickly, but everything in my wallet was soaked.

Some fish were caught!  In the middle right you can see my friend Tom fishing.
