Sgt Stubby - Incoming, get down - a photo on Flickriver

            Sgt Stubby stuck with his men through all aspects of the war. He's credited with saving many lives because he could hear shells coming in long before the soldiers could. He learned to hit the ground just like the men, He was in 17 combat engagements and was twice wounded.
