Das Münchener Palais Preysing.

1723 - 1728: Durch Joseph Effner als Stadtpalais des Grafen Maximilian IV. Emanuel von Preysing-Hohenaschau gegenüber der Münchner Residenz erbaut.
1944: Bei Luftangriff ausgebrannt, das Treppenhaus schwer beschädigt.
Bis 1960: Restaurierung und Rekonstruktion von Außenbau und Treppenhaus in weitgehend ursprünglicher Form durch Erwin Schleich.

1723 – 1728: Built by Joseph Effner as the city palace of Count Maximilian IV Emanuel von Preysing-Hohenaschau opposite the Munich Residenz.
1944: Burned out in air raid, the stairwell badly damaged.
Until 1960: Restoration and reconstruction of the exterior and staircase in largely original form by Erwin Schleich.
