Der Hamburger Bauunternehmer Arne Weber liebt genau wie ich Leuchttürme. Nun kann man sogar darin wohnen.

Das Lighthouse Zero steht für eine visionäre, innovative und weltweit einzigartige Wohnform, ein Wohnerlebnis in der Höhe mit 360° Panorama-Aussicht. Um dies erlebbar zu machen, wurde in besonderer Lage auf der Spitze des Baakenhöfts in der Hamburger HafenCity der Prototyp „Lighthouse Zero“ als Präsentationsobjekt mit vollständiger Inneneinrichtung errichtet. Zentrales Element des Lighthouse ist ein über 20 Meter hoher Turm, auf dem die Wohnebene ruht. Von hier aus bietet sich dem Bewohner eine einzigartige Aussicht in alle Himmelsrichtungen. Ein gläserner Aufzug und eine im Betonschaft versteckte Treppe erschließen die Wohnebene.

Just like me, the Hamburg-based contractor Arne Weber loves lighthouses. Now you can even live in one.

The Lighthouse Zero stands for a visionary, innovative and globally unique form of living, a living experience at height with 360° panoramic view. In order to make this reality, the prototype "Lighthouse Zero" was built in a special location on top of the Baakenhöft in Hamburg's HafenCity as an object of representation including a complete interior design. The central element of the Lighthouse is a tower over 20 meters hight, which the living area rests on. From here, the resident gets a unique view into all directions. The living area becomes accessible by a glass elevator and a staircase hidden in the concrete shaft.
