A former one-room schoolhouse (circa 1899) in Blairs Settlement, aka Centreville, in Rideau Lakes, Ontario, Canada.

I am trying to establish if this one-room schoolhouse was formerly known as the Blair Settlement School. It apparently figures on a map dated 1862, and yet the realtor who is responsible for selling it today at $149,000 CDN, states on their page that it was built in 1899. That's quite a difference.

A photo that I took of it back in April 2016 (see link), shows that it had a stone foundation; yet since then, replaced with a concrete foundation or sleeve. The stone foundation to me, strongly suggests that it may have been built around the 1860s, as a historical map documents. Alas, I cannot find this map dated 1862 on the Internet.
