Balloons Snag a Sunken Tree - a photo on Flickriver

Balloons are pretty rare up in my part of the state these days. They stopped putting on this rally about 7 years ago. Now the closest rally is the world famous annual event in Albuquerque. The Farmington Lake Rally was a big event for our town on Memorial Day weekend during the 1970's and 1980's (the years that I was growing up).
