Using a Voigtländer Color Skopar 21 mm f/4.

Interestingly I photographed the same scene also with some other, much more modern digital cameras, but the Epson's colour rendition was far and away the most faithful to the actual scene. 

Hooray for cameras that give the photographer full control over all four parameters. Three cheers.

A caveat about the lens: What you also see is massive vignetting. The Voigtländer 21 mm lens should be used with caution on digital cameras and is not recommended for full format, especially in bad lighting conditions when you can't stop down. Even on an APS-C-camera, such as the R-D1x, the effect is very visible.
