Incoming . . . Wild Dog Puppy! - a photo on Flickriver

            He was napping under a tree with his siblings, a group of African Wild Dog (Lycaon pictus) puppies, about 3 months old. The adults moved off to another spot, and this little guy was the first one to scamper over to join them. His exuberance is unmistakeable, and proved to be contagious. After a few minutes, the whole puppy litter had joined the adults and the family played together.
