H-A-D Coaches of Shotts, 1/76 scale model representation.

            A Leyland Leopard, Duple Dominant model stands in as a representation of CMS 196 of the real life H-A-D coaches of Shotts. 

H-A-D was a relatively small independent bus and coach operator which would later go out of business to be reborn as Blue Bus of Shotts with their depot in Allanton. The company name is derived from the initials of the founders, Harry And Deborah Law. 

Whilst this is not my most accurate Code 3 repaint I am still very happy to have it join my model fleet of Lanarkshire independent bus & coach operators from my memories. 

In the near future I am likely to attempt a more realistically accurate depiction of H-A-D coaches by repainting a Plaxton Paramount to replicate LIW 4270.
