Well - a photo on Flickriver

Well

            As I couldn't go to Iceland this summer (and because I'm running out of pictures) I decided to look at the pictures of my first holiday in Iceland, 7 years ago.

It's really strange how things there have changed.
Apart from the fact that we had rain for almost two weeks in a row there were certainly less tourists as in later years.

There was less infrastructure (bridges, platforms, toilets) and less restrictions. (I am not saying that these are wrong, I just notice that there were hardly any.)

And if I as a tourist notice these things over the span of 6 years, how must Icelanders feel about it? I can only imagine.
I just hope that I'll get the chance to go back there because, well, it's (N)Iceland after all. :o)
