Ginkaku-ji, temple au pavillon d'argent..Unesco

            Dans son écrin de verdure façonné depuis des siècles par des jardiniers artistes le Ginkaku-ji, le temple au pavillon d'argent, est un somptueux édifice du bouddhisme Rinzai.
Les jardins humides autour sont magnifiques ainsi que ceux de mousses qui sont un régal pour les yeux. 
Construit en 1482 par le shogun Ashikaga Yoshimasa il porte également le nom de Jisho-ji (慈照寺).
 Il devait à l'origine être recouvert d'argent et ainsi rivaliser  avec le Kinkaku-ji, le pavillon d'or, construit par son grand-père Ashikaga Yoshimitsu.

In its green setting Ginkaku-ji, temple in the detached house of silver, is a luxurious building of the Buddhism Rinzai.
The wet gardens all around are magnificent as well as those of froths who are a pleasure for the eyes.
Built in 1482 by the shogun Ashikaga Yoshimasa it also bears the name of Jisho-ji .
He must be originally covered with money(silver) and so to compete with Kinkaku-ji, golden detached house(golden flag), built by his grandfather Ashikaga Yoshimitsu.
