Blues in twos - a photo on Flickriver

Blues in twos

            A most unlikely pairing was seen at Birmingham Moor Street today.
68020 is at the head of 1R90 the 11.29 London Marylebone to Birmingham Moor Street the train was an "Unadvertised Express" which ran non-stop from London, it was a Chiltern Railways press jolly, the passengers were all carrying a presentation goody bag.  
153311 is working 2Q30 the 10.26 Reading Triangle Sidings  to Reading Triangle Sidings, via Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham Moor Street inspection train VIU 1.
During this fandango, Moor Street platform 4 was barriered off and only the guests of Chiltern were allowed past the gate guardians. I secured this picture by holding the camera above my head and using the tilt screen to frame the picture, I didn't even notice the 172 arriving in the distance.
