DSC_7102 Explored 11-19-13 - a photo on Flickriver

            This is a reposting of a new edit from the original RAW image with my new techniques for editing. It was shot with my old Nikon D100, 6 mega pixel camera. This is one of my favorite images I have captured and would love to return to Point Lobos to reshoot with my current camera and the quality I get. I have print a 20x30 print from my original processing and feel I have processed as much as I can get now from the original image I can get.

If and when I reshoot this scene I would probably bracket my exposure with one over, one under and normal. My biggest problem was working the shadows and the subtle tones from zone 2 thru 4.
