Another view. Anthony Bourdain featured this place on his program. Located at Jobos Beach, Isabela, Puerto Rico. Referred to in English as a "Blow Hole" because as the waves come into the coast, water rushes into the hole under the cliff and blows upward with great force . Local legend that a farmer named Jacinto had a cow grazing in a nearby pasture and wandered off, falling into hole. Visitors are instructed to lean over the blowhole and yell "Give me the cow" or "Dame la Vaca!".

Pozo de Jacinto (Jacinto's Pit Cave) is a pit cave located at Jobos Beach in the northwestern side Puerto Rican municipality of Isabela on Puerto Rico Highway 466.

Folklore
A story about a man named Jacinto is related to Pozo de Jacinto. In that Jacinto and his cow fell into the pit cave and drowned, if his name is called and mention of the cow is made, the ocean becomes furious and churns wildly, in response
