Before Sunrise at the Tidal Basin - 2

            I went to the Tidal Basin on Easter morning. This shot was taken about an hour before sunrise. I used a flash to expose the cherry blossoms and a long exposure to gather light for the rest of the shot. I definitely have not mastered the technique, but I did get an interesting almost 3-D effect.
