I've had plenty of time with my own tea and sympathy the past few months. There has been a lot of ups and downs during the course of the year...that's why I haven't been uploading on here as regularly as I used to. I don't feel bad about this because when I made the choice to be on this platform to share about my life I wanted this to be as real as possible. I didn't want to be like these people who do things for the photos. Like going to the beach not to enjoy the beach but to get the beach picture to show off OR going for the mountain hike at Blue Mountains not for the hike but for the picture of doing the hike. If everything you do you're doing for a picture then you're not really experiencing life. I want to fully experience and process what I am going through right now before sharing it. I need some time off to do that. I'll soon have this talk...about having hopes and dreams, taking risks, facing disappointments, enduring suffering and the meaning of it all as far as I understand it.

I'm going to say goodbye for now. I'll be back when I'm better.

I'm going to leave you with this herbal tea recipe and a song at the end.

I've had this herbal tea over many nights now and I love it. If you're making a large cup, you'll need:

- 2 Tea Bags of Chamomile Tea
- Lemon (Medium size - squeeze a quarter to half of the lemon)
- Ginger (Thumb size)
- Thyme (1 sprig only. Otherwise, it will overpower the concoction)
- Korean Ginseng (Optional. I use 2-3 slices)
- Honey (2-3 tablespoons, I used dark and bold).

Infuse between 5-10 mins. Drink hot.
