Arroyo Bluet Damselfly - a photo on Flickriver

            This was actually the first in the queue of past dragons and damsels that I made up in May when I wasn't sure if I'd have any good images during this summer's outing. One of the "larger" damselflies at almost two inches, he was still difficult to sight, but he perched for a minute or two, and my "career" was off and running.

Oh, it as first in the queue alphabetically, but second or third image I ever got of Odonata. Ten years ago and with my second digital camera, 4x.

A little under the weather today, so the lesson will have to be cut short ;-) More tomorrow.
