El Atalaya es uno de los Edificios-Barco que los arquitectos europeos construyeron al borde del agua, en el primer tercio del siglo XX,para demostrar su admiración por la construcción naval.
De estilo racionalísta, fué durante años, el edificio más vanguardista de la ciudad.
¡ Su estado actual es deplorable !.

The Atalaya is one of the Ship-Buildings built by European Architects by the sea, in the early 20 th century, in order to show their admiration for naval construction.
Rationalist, was the most vanguardist building in the town.
Its current stay is terrible !.
