            Destaca este cimborrio octogonal con linterna del transepto, dentro de la iglesia construida entre los siglos XII al XIV; que tiene cruz latina y es de una sola nave.
En el presbiterio, al lado del altar, se encuentran varios sepulcros y sarcófagos.
Este monasterio cisterciense femenino es uno de los más importantes de monjas en Cataluña, y tiene una continuidad de vida religiosa de más de ocho siglos.
Forma parte de la denominada Ruta de los Monasterios del Cister en Cataluña, junto al de Poblet y Santes Creus.
