            Project 2020/366 - Day 004: The Swift Rider

A very late night shot, I had gone out in the hopes of catching some low-hanging fog and mist in the air. There was none to be found, so I set up the tripod at this intersection -- 17th and R Streets NW again, opposite from yesterday's POD. I had a few pedestrians walk by, but as I was getting ready to go home, this guy showed up on a bicycle weaving back and forth. At 1/13th of second, it was no trouble putting a blur on him.
