The battle! Kriegsmarine vs Royal Navy

The naval battle that never was... The Kriegsmarine fights the Royal Navy in the atlantic ocean. I always wanted to imagine a massive battle between the Kriegsmarine and the Royal Navy and in 2010 (one complete year of building), I made a great number of warships to represent that battle.

Most of the ships that you see in this battle never existed or where never finished in time to take part in the war.
This massive naval display was only shown once, at the 0937 Event “Arte em Peças” in 2010. Later, almost all the ships were disassembled to provide the necessary bricks for the battleship Sovetsky Soyuz:

In this ALTERNATE WORLD, the Kriegsmarine (German Navy) leaves the Reich with a mission, destroy the Royal Navy.
The Germans had 14 battleships, 6 battlecruisers, 5 carriers, 30 light and heavy cruisers and 20 ocean destroyers.
In this display, I have 2 battleships, 1 battlecruiser, one heavy cruiser, one light cruiser, one carrier, one destroyer and 5 torpedo boots.

The british had 17 battleships, 3 battlecruisers, 4 carriers, 34 light and heavy cruisers and 32 ocean destroyers.
In this display, I have 2 battleships, 1 battlecruiser, 1 carrier and 1 light cruiser.

On the battle we have:

KMS Aesir (H-44 Project with 508mm guns)
KMS Moltke (H-40 Project with 420mm guns)
KMS Maximiliam (a new version of the Scharnhorst battlecruiser)
KMS Graf Zeppelin (20 Heinkel He-100 fighters and 30 Heinkel He-122 bombers)
KMS SP-1 (oceanic destroyer)
KMS Muller (a new version of the Graf Spee, with 9 350mm guns)
KMS Prinz Eugen (improved version with a second funnel)
Various Schnellboots.

HMS Hood (with improved armour and guns)
