Spanish I-16 - details - a photo on Flickriver

And now let´s talk about the LEGO model:

The Polikarpov I-16 is a very small monoplane so it was a big tricky to make. The model features fully retractable landing gear and a small cockpit with enough room for a minifig pilot. It also has the two machine guns on the wings.
Again, I used a tire for the engine but it´s the closest to the actual thing.
